OFF MARKET OPPORTUNITY - Secure Stylish Living

Nestled quietly amongst sweeping green lawns and beneath the soft lilac canopy of mature jacaranda trees, this beautifully transformed two-bedroom residence feels less like an apartment and more like a private sanctuary hidden away from the world.

Welcome home to Unit 15 / 143 Edinboro Street, Joondanna.

Positioned on the top floor of the charming Diana Apartments boutique complex, this elevated residence captures a beautiful sense of privacy, serenity and security. From the moment you arrive, there is an unmistakable feeling of calm, a peaceful retreat where leafy outlooks, soft natural light and gentle breezes create an atmosphere that feels both grounding and effortless.

Recently refreshed throughout, the home has been thoughtfully curated to blend warmth, comfort and understated elegance. The spacious open-plan living and dining area unfolds beautifully, framed by expansive windows that invite the outdoors in and bathe the interiors in natural light throughout the day.

At the heart of the home, the renovated kitchen has been beautifully reimagined with refined finishes, generous storage and a timeless aesthetic that feels both sophisticated and functional. The renovated bathroom mirrors this same sense of understated luxury, offering a calming and beautifully finished space to begin and end each day.

Tiled flooring flows seamlessly through the main living areas, adding a sense of openness and practicality, while soft carpets within the bedrooms create warmth, texture and comfort underfoot. Both bedrooms feel peaceful and secluded - quiet spaces designed for rest, retreat and slow mornings.

Step outside onto the private balcony and take in the elevated outlook across the lush gardens below and surrounding treetops beyond. It is the kind of setting where mornings begin slowly with coffee amongst the trees and evenings are best spent unwinding as golden light filters through the jacarandas.

Securely positioned within a well-maintained complex, the home offers an effortless lock-and-leave lifestyle with the comfort of high security and the rare feeling of true tranquillity, all just moments from the vibrancy of the city fringe.
This is more than simply a home, it is a lifestyle defined by light, greenery, privacy and ease. A place where every detail invites you to slow down, exhale and simply enjoy being home.

Joondanna overview

The first of the northern suburbs which were born in the post War period of the 1940s was Joondanna. Originally named Joondanna Heights, Joondanna was chosen after the Perth Road Board launched a competition to find a suitable name in 1939. The competition was won by Mrs A Curtis of Donnybrook who suggested Joondanna as this was the name given by a Mr. Banks to his property. He is believed to have been the first settler and owner of land in the area.
