Australian farmhouse meets Hamptons

Two classic styles cleverly blended to achieve a charming and luxurious family home on half an acre of breathtaking bushland. The Federation front with quintessential Perth Hills character fits in perfectly with the natural surrounds. A brick façade, hooded wraparound verandah and long bitumen driveway create an inviting front for this loveable, forever family home. While the renovated interiors exude unsurpassed style with timeless, Hamptons-inspired elegance. Blackbutt timber flooring and crisp white walls contrast to fulfil feelings of both freshness and warmth, with decorative cornices, ceiling medallions and wall mouldings adding subtle opulence throughout.

It is a floorplan thoughtful to families of today, with an expansive, open heart and outdoor entertaining area, a private parents' retreat at the front of the property, a large kids' wing at the rear, and a fully self-contained, private garden apartment. Set among soaring trees and native Australian flora, it is a home where your family can be free to enjoy long hours of exploring, relaxing and entertaining, with an endless amount of space inside and out.

The open-plan living area offers seamless integration from the kitchen and dining to the oversized alfresco, with an uninterrupted outlook to the neighbouring bush reserve and the resort-inspired pool. Designed around connection, the home's hub has captured the essence of country living, offering a space where you can relax and entertain year-round with ease, while watching the kids enjoy their best life in the great Australian outdoors.

Separated by a contemporary French door, the formal dining and lounge areas provide a calming escape, with an enclosed wood fireplace to keep you cosy throughout the winter months. The master bedroom enjoys easy access to this space, providing a secluded sanctuary away from the busy, everyday activity. Like the rest of the home, the master bedroom boasts a quality renovation, with a walk-in robe and pristine, tiled bathroom offering spa-like comfort.

Enjoy the tranquillity of living in a quiet cul-de-sac property in the heart of the hills, where national parks and nature trails are in abundance and city conveniences are just a short drive away. Top-tier childcare, quality schools, and local hotels including the renowned Mahogony Inn and Distillery are all within a short commute, and Midland's central retail hub is just a 15-minute drive away.

Mahogany Creek overview

This suburb takes its name from Mahogany Creek, a picturesque tributary of Jane Brook which flows through the area. The creek was known by this name as early as 1830, and takes its name from the towering forest through which it flowed (mahogany was the early colonial name for Jarrah). This place is well known from "The Old Mahogany Inn" located here, an early colonial wayside inn, formerly known as the "Prince of Wales" Inn. The area was developed as orchard land in the 1890's, and a railway stopping place was established here in 1891.
