Renovated and Ready

Imagine arriving at 14 Jones Street, Collie-a character-filled weatherboard cottage that feels like home before you even step through the door. The bold navy exterior is beautifully offset by soft white trims and blossoming garden beds that frame the entrance like a warm invitation. A winding path leads you past rosemary, petunias and raised stone borders to the front porch, where the charm of yesteryear meets modern comfort.

Step inside and you're immediately struck by soaring ceilings and the calming palette of fresh white walls, natural light filtering in through generous windows, and period detailing that nods to the home's heritage. The wide hallway sets the tone, leading to four impressively sized bedrooms-each a retreat. There's room for king beds, cozy sitting corners, and the kind of storage and comfort that makes a house truly livable. Timber textures, antique-style fittings, and high skirtings speak to the craftsmanship of another era, brought tastefully into the present.

The heart of the home lies in the newly renovated kitchen and dining zone. With crisp cabinetry, timber-look countertops, and striking splashback tiles, it's both a chef's workspace and a place to gather. Whether you're whipping up a weekday dinner or prepping for Sunday lunch, this kitchen is as practical as it is beautiful. It flows directly into the indoor-outdoor living zone-a fully enclosed, decked patio area shaded under a corrugated roof, dressed with twinkling lights and lush greenery. From here, the possibilities are endless: barbecues with friends, quiet cuppas surrounded by plants, or simply watching the kids and pets enjoy the great outdoors.

Beyond the patio, the backyard stretches out into a private world of space and versatility. There's rear laneway access for convenience, a chook pen bustling with life, rustic sheds for storage or tinkering, and even a whimsical tyre swing hung beneath a grand old tree. Citrus trees dot the perimeter, heavy with fruit, while garden beds and quirky nooks offer the perfect spots for veggies, herbs, or backyard adventures. It's a yard that invites imagination-whether you're planning a cubby house, chicken coop upgrade, or a quiet firepit gathering under the stars.

With a freshly renovated bathroom boasting a walk-in shower and stylish modern finishes, a practical laundry space, and split-system air conditioning in the living area, this home balances modern updates with timeless appeal.

Tucked away on a peaceful street just minutes from schools, parks, and the town centre, 14 Jones Street is more than a place to live-it's a place to belong. A home where charm, space and comfort truly collide. Your next chapter begins right here.
