Damia Delight

If you are just starting out in a home of your own for the very first time or maybe looking for a holiday home, then this property could be perfect for you as its all set up and being offered for sale completely on a walk in walk out basis. Also ideal for retirees who are downsizing, the FIFO worker, young couple or young family. Just bring your own personal belongings. How great would this be, no moving heavy furniture or whitegoods, no unpacking all those boxes, no being exhausted from moving house...simply walk in, unpack your clothes and toothbrush and then relax or head to the beach. All house contents, furniture, crockery, electrical Items, linen, belongings included if wanted. ...however don't let this be a deal breaker if you want the house but not with the lot...lets talk and we can sort something out.

Located in the Bluewater Gardens Estate which has great low maintenance size blocks that are perfect for lock and leave or those who don't want or need a big yard.

The owner is looking for a quick sale here as they are selling up everything and going travelling so don't muck around wasting time, get in now while this opportunity exists.

Very deceiving from the front just how spacious this home is and the layout of the home is very practical. What I love about this home is that the Master bedroom is situated at the rear of the home off the open plan living area meaning you can have the whole back half of the home for everyday living where it's quiet, peaceful and private.

Upon entry either through the front door or the access door from the garage, the central hallway leads to 2 bedrooms with built-in robes on the right hand side of the home, the family bathroom, a separate toilet and a double door linen cupboard. On the left hand side off the hallway is a good size guest bedroom with a built in robe. All rooms have ceiling fans for comfort. Another storage cupboard in the hallway is very handy.

The central hub of the home is the open plan area which hosts a spacious dining area, a good size lounge and a great kitchen with plenty of cupboards and bench space. This area is comforted with a split system air conditioner. Lots of natural light available with plenty of windows that look out to the quaint garden outside. Off the kitchen is the laundry tucked away on the side of the house with sliding door access to the drying courtyard area.

The master bedroom at the rear of the home is quite spacious and has built-in robes, ceiling fan and sliding door access to the patio. A good size ensuite bathroom is at the front of the bedroom entrance making it handy to have nearby when you are in the living area.

There is a little patio under the main roof of the house. Although a compact block, there is still a good sized little yard for those wanting a bit of space to enjoy some garden and greenery but not have a lot to look after. Perfect for those who wish to spend their days travelling but want a place to have as a base that won't tie them down to a lot of yard work. There is also room at the front on the side where you could potentially park a van, trailer or boat which is handy. Also handy is the park and playground right next door so when the grandies come to play or your own children perhaps this is ideal.

Port Denison overview

The coastal townsite of Port Denison is located in the northern agricultural region, 365 kilometres north northwest of Perth and three kilometres from Dongara. The area was referred to as Irwin Port (being near the mouth of the Irwin River) in 1866, but when officially named and gazetted the following year later it became Denison. It is believed named after Sir William Denison, Governor of Tasmania, who visited Western Australia in 1851 in connection with the transportation of convicts to the state. The name was changed to Port Denison in 1973 at the request of the Shire of Irwin, as this was the name by which the town was locally known.
