Magnificent Family Sanctuary

Simply stunning family home. From the moment you realise that the grass out the front is real, you realise that this family home has been finished with an attention to detail. This 2019 built, former display home from Red Ink Homes, has all the extras. From the impressive entry, you can immediately enter your amazing Master bedroom, open bathroom that includes its own free standing bathtub, separate shower, double vanity and expansive walk-through robe. Further down the entry hall you find the shoppers entry from your double lock up Garage and then the media room is to the left with recessed ceilings and lighting. Turning into the open plan family and dining area you are struck by the elevated ceiling height that is throughout the home. This leads naturally to the well-appointed kitchen, large oven and cook top, walk in pantry and a unique wine storage rack installed for easy access.

Further through the home you find the other three bedrooms, the main bathroom with shower and single vanity and good size bath, separate toilet and large activity room. An extra large laundry with expansive floor to ceiling mirrored sliding door linen or storage cupboards complements this area of the home. There is also a wired but not yet utilised speaker system throughout the home with the wiring into the laundry cupboards waiting for you to complete that fit out. A/C throughout the home, maintains the comfort year round.

External to the home is a large sized alfresco with elevated ceiling and outdoor ceiling fan in place. With green lawn, and good gardens in place, this is the place to enjoy the summer evenings and a place to spend time relaxing with your family.

Good concrete paths encircle the home, allowing good access from front to rear with ease. With all that Treendale has to offer, extensive shopping areas, it's own Bunnings, the now famous Treendale Farm Hotel and 4 gyms within walking distance, you can find all you need without leaving this beautiful and expanding area.
