Space, Style, Substance and Sophistication!

Bigger and better than your average townhouse residence, this stunning - and super-comfortable - 3 bedroom 2 bathroom street-front abode headlines a quality modern complex in a central and convenient location, close to everything you could ever want or need.

Approximately 296sqm of total indoor and outdoor living space graces this luxury home, including a downstairs theatre room off the entry that can easily be converted into either a fourth bedroom or home office if need be.

Also on the ground floor are a large under-stair storeroom, a powder room, a separate laundry with linen storage and external access and the main open-plan living, dining and kitchen area - feature gas fireplace and all.

A private timber-lined outdoor alfresco-entertaining area at the rear flawlessly runs off the living room via sliding-stacker doors. Completing the lower-level features is a secure double lock-up garage with built-in storage, a separate storeroom and a handy internal shopper's entry door.

Upstairs, a huge third living room services the sleeping quarters - as does a delightful front balcony that also extends from a commodious master-bedroom suite. The latter plays host to a massive walk-in wardrobe, some extra storage and a sublime fully-tiled ensuite bathroom with a large shower, separate bathtub, toilet and "his and hers" twin stone vanities.

Aside from a linen press, separate toilet and a main bathroom (with a shower and twin vanities), the upper level also consists of a second bedroom with a built-in robe and a third bedroom with a walk-in robe for good measure.

There are several bus stops, parks, cafes, restaurants and schools nearby, with the vibrant Mount Hawthorn and Leederville entertainment hubs both minutes away in their own right. In addition, the city and coast are both easily accessible and within arm's reach.

This one is just about the complete package for those wanting something that little bit more spacious, low-maintenance and lock-up-and-leave. So impressive!

Joondanna overview

The first of the northern suburbs which were born in the post War period of the 1940s was Joondanna. Originally named Joondanna Heights, Joondanna was chosen after the Perth Road Board launched a competition to find a suitable name in 1939. The competition was won by Mrs A Curtis of Donnybrook who suggested Joondanna as this was the name given by a Mr. Banks to his property. He is believed to have been the first settler and owner of land in the area.
