Seaside Getaway

If its peace and quiet you are after, then this cute weatherboard beach cottage in a quiet part of town might just tick the boxes. Flat blocks are a rarity in this coastal town, so this one will be sought after with plenty of scope to remove the cottage and build your dream home when the time is right!

The property has:

• Shady front deck at the front of the home, perfect for a BBQ or relaxing after a day at the beach.
• Step through the front door into a cozy living space with room for a couple of couches
• A good-sized kitchen that will remind you of yesteryear, with original cabinetry, overhead storage and an upright gas stove. There is also room for a small dining table.
• A hallway leads from the lounge room to two good sized bedrooms – the larger room has plenty of space for multiple beds or room to build in storage.
• Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry and a separate bathroom that has a shower, toilet, and vanity.

The house it situated at the front of the block providing plenty of space out the back for active kids & a game of backyard cricket. If a shed is required, the rear of the property is easily accessed due to the flat nature of the block and good side access.

With good scope to personalize or redevelop, this property will not last long.

Binningup overview

Binningup is a south western coastal townsite located 127 kilometres south of Perth and 30 kilometres north of Bunbury. Binningup takes its name from "Binningup Beach Estate", a name used by a syndicate of Harvey people who subdivided the area in 1953. By 1962 there was only one resident in the area, but many homes were built in the following few years. At the request of the Shire of Harvey, Binningup was gazetted a townsite in 1963.
