SOLD by Roslyn Ierace using Openn Negotiation!
Clifton Park needs no introduction!
The sought-after area has so much to offer, bordered by the Collie River and of course the Bunbury golf course.
This 1971 Brick and tile home rests on a large 809 m²* block. With updates done over the years to keep up the maintenance, which is always so important!
As you walk up to the front Veranda and into the front door it's funny how these homes just feel so much better built than the homes of today. Off the entry is the lounge, with a big corner window looking over the front yard and down the street, the perfect spot to perch and watch the world go by.
The meals area is overlooked by the updated kitchen, with ample bench space and overhead cupboards, making it a great space to work in.
Down the hallway, three bedrooms await with easy access to the freshly renovated bathroom with a fantastic hobless shower and new vanity…
Easy access to the laundry that then opens out to the rear patio.
With side access through the extra high carport to the right-hand side of the home, leading to the big backyard offering a whimsical garden ready for the green thumb in the family. With the bonus of auto reticulation.
This is the perfect first home, ideal for retirees, or even the investor!

Residents of Australind can enjoy all the attributes of living close to the coast, while being part of a connected community. Bunbury is only a short drive away however within the suburbs there is the Australind Village Shopping Centre, a 24/7 Spud Shed Store and the 18-hole Bunbury Golf Club.
