Large family homes are often hard to find, so don't be shy in checking out this 2002 built beauty!
Built by Dale Alcock, this Tuscan inspired home enjoys lovely views over the Binningup park and its central location means that you are only minutes from the Country Club, bowling green & school bus stop.
Come inside the double front doors into a tiled entry where you will find:
• A private master suite which enjoys views of the park. Tiled floors provide a low maintenance option which extend throughout the whole home. The bedroom has roman blinds. A large walk in robe has plenty of shelving and hanging space. The ensuite has floor to ceiling tiling in neutral colours, a fully screened shower recess, toilet and a good sized vanity.
• A sunken lounge which would also make a large home office or 5th bedroom, occupies the other side of the entry and also enjoys views over the park.
• A door separates the front of the home from the open planned living area. This area has plenty of space for both dining and lounge areas. The kitchen boasts a bulkhead with recessed lights above the black granite benchtops and timber cabinetry. The convenience of a dishwasher, double electric oven and large gas cooktop will make it easy to cater for a crowd. A shoppers entrance provides easy access from the garage. Enjoy the warmth in the winter months from the large wood fire.
• A games room is adjacent to the main living area and would be perfect for a pool table or second living area. A fixed glass panel allows a clear line of vision from the main living area, which would make this an ideal area for a kids play room.
• Another hallway leads to the remaining bedrooms which all have double built in robes and roman blinds. These rooms are all generous in size.
• A triple door linen press in the hallway provides heaps of storage.
• The laundry is well finished with a bench, cupboards underneath, room for the washing machine and a sliding door to the outside.
• The family bathroom is at the end of the hallway and also has floor to ceiling tiling, a bath, fully screened shower & family sized vanity. A separate toilet is close by.
Outside you will find:
• An oversized garage with plenty of room for two cars, plus extra storage or the beer fridge. The convenience of a roller door at the rear of the garage provides access to the paved patio.
• Good sized paved patio extends along the north side of the home, the perfect place for a BBQ or outdoor dining in the winter sunshine.
• An outside shower is perfect for a quick rinse after your morning laps in the protected waters of Binningup beach.
• A large, powered workshop (6mx8m) occupies the backyard, whilst still leaving plenty of space for the kids to play.
• The back yard is fully enclosed, has reticulation and retained garden beds. The lemon tree is laden with fruit, ready to accompany your catch of the day.
This is the ideal home for a family or retirees wanting to secure a seaside lifestyle in this family friendly community. Don't miss this chance to indulge in your seaside dream.

Binningup is a south western coastal townsite located 127 kilometres south of Perth and 30 kilometres north of Bunbury. Binningup takes its name from "Binningup Beach Estate", a name used by a syndicate of Harvey people who subdivided the area in 1953. By 1962 there was only one resident in the area, but many homes were built in the following few years. At the request of the Shire of Harvey, Binningup was gazetted a townsite in 1963.
Despite being a popular tourist and stopover point in the summer months, Binningup is a beautiful coastal village which boasts many attractions for local residents including a scenic golf course, pristine beach is protected by a reef running parallel to it, general store, caravan park, skateboard park, recreation centre, youth camp, public library and public oval.
