Peaceful Paradise on Ashton

You don't get many locations as private and quiet as this block of land in Ashton Road. Located in a street which has cul de sacs at both ends, hardly a car ventures past this part of Binningup. You can even secure ocean views from this special location.

This 898m2 block is north facing and is evenly sloped from front to back which is ideally suited to a pole home or an under-croft style of build. Use your creative side to design a home and outdoor areas that capture the views of the ocean & the winter sun.

With 20m of frontage this property provides plenty of space to include side access & room for a shed. At the rear there is a reserve, so you will never have neighbours at the back of your property.

A feature survey is available to genuine purchasers. Scheme water connected & electricity is available.

Only 90 minutes from Perth and 30 minutes from Bunbury, Binningup is highly sought after for both permanent and holiday homes. The supply of available land is limited, so don't miss out on securing this lovely block!

Binningup overview

Binningup is a south western coastal townsite located 127 kilometres south of Perth and 30 kilometres north of Bunbury. Binningup takes its name from "Binningup Beach Estate", a name used by a syndicate of Harvey people who subdivided the area in 1953. By 1962 there was only one resident in the area, but many homes were built in the following few years. At the request of the Shire of Harvey, Binningup was gazetted a townsite in 1963.
