Stunningly situated opposite lush green trees and chirping local birdlife, this stylish 3 bedroom 2 bathroom single-level residence is perfectly positioned for modern low-maintenance “lock-up-and-leave” living, with even the odd kangaroo gracing the presence of beautiful Yellagonga Regional Park across the road.
At the front of the house, the third bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, whilst a second bedroom (also with a built-in robe) is almost identical. Both are serviced by a light and bright main bathroom with a shower, separate bathtub, a sleek stone vanity and under-bench storage cupboards.
The huge master suite is the obvious pick of the sleeping quarters with its full-height triple-sliding-door built-in robes and private ensuite – shower, stone vanity, under-bench storage, separate toilet and all. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area at the back of the house is beautifully tiled and plays host to sparkling stone bench tops, double sinks, a storage pantry, feature subway-tile splashbacks, a stainless-steel range hood, stainless-steel five-burner Westinghouse gas-cooktop and oven appliances and a stainless-steel Blanco dishwasher for good measure.
Outdoors and off the living zone sits a delightful rear alfresco-entertaining area, providing cover and protection from the elements – no matter what the time of year. It all so splendidly overlooks a pleasant “blank canvas” of a backyard that leaves more than enough room for a future swimming pool and will benefit from your own personal touches being added to it, if you are that way inclined.
Embraced a relaxed, yet convenient, lifestyle here, only walking distance away from a host of schools – including St Luke’s Catholic Primary School, Woodvale Secondary College and Woodvale Primary School, as well as a plethora of sprawling neighbourhood parklands, community recreational facilities, Woodvale Boulevard Shopping Centre and the Woodvale Public Library. Also nearby are the likes of bus stops, the freeway, Whitfords Train Station, the Lakeside Joondalup and Westfield Whitford City Shopping Centres and pristine northern suburbs’ beaches – plus the magnificent Hillarys Boat Harbour and even the new Hillarys Beach Club. What a spectacular setting!
