Welcome to 120 Manning Road
Situated across from a small shopping complex with remote security gate access, this 1965 home has plenty of mid-century character including gorgeous wooden floorboards throughout.
The front two rooms are the family/living space with a feature fireplace and main bedroom, adjacent, with built in robes and a split system aircon.
The middle room of the home is currently set up as a fourth bedroom and comes fitted with built in robes too. However, if you didn't need another bedroom, it could be set up as a dinning room, a study or activity room for the kids, the choice is yours.
Those hardwood floors continue into the renovated kitchen. Dual sinks, electric 4-burner cooktop for easy cleaning, and element oven below. Ample storage with the ability to add more in if you so choose.
At the rear of the home is our last bedroom which is carpeted and has a split system aircon.
The laundry has been updated to accommodate a second shower and toilet.
This charming home just needs a lick of paint, and you are ready to move in!

Development of the Wilson area began in 1954 when the State Housing Commission resumed some land and T.M. Burke Pty Ltd subdivided some adjoining land. After dispute on the name of the suburb, it was not until January 1960 that the name Wilson was approved for the suburb.
Wilson is bounded by Manning Road in the north, Fleming Avenue in the east, the Canning River in the south, and the City of South Perth and Centenary Avenue in the west. Located only nine kilometres from the city and three kilometres from Curtin University's Bentley Campus, Wilson is a popular suburb for students with direct bus routes to both destinations.
