We invite you to visit and enjoy the contemporary Coastal Style vibe of this RENOVATED hideaway in our wonderful hills, this might be just be THE ONE !

Coastal Style emphasizes lighter tones in shades of blue, green, beige and white to communicate and encourage a RELAXED FEEL and you may enjoy embracing casual furnishings in neutral layers to create a COSY interior : think sisal rugs, sea glass details and gauzy linen drapery ! Are you EXCITED ?

Beautiful to come home and relax ! Enjoy this opportunity with a BONUS LIFESTYLE of leaving the car at home and WALKING to school (a selection) or to the local shops, the bus or the amazing sports complex just 600m up the road.

The TREES and vegetation provide the 'green' along with the birdlife to bring a sense of CALM and privacy.

The NEW STONE kitchen forms the heart of this home, linking the TWO LIVING areas and spilling to the NEW gabled Patio for ENTERTAINING ease and pleasure. Great for your gatherings (summer autumn winter spring) enjoying your family and friends and I would think perfect for kiddies parties.

Complete (but not limited to) with NEW bathrooms, NEW laundry, NEW flooring, NEW lighting, NEW paint, NEW appliances and a ROOF RESTORATION including resurfacing and ridge capping.

The hard and expensive work of RETAINING WALLS has been done so there is opportunity to further develop with ROOM for a pool and kiddies swings and lawn OR to establish your self sufficiency with fruit trees, veggies and some chookies. There is also potential for a workshop (sta) to the right hand side of the residence.

This property enjoys a desirable location on the PRETTY and historic Wheelwright Road, we ask you to take care at certain times of the year and give way to the beautiful DUCKLINGS crossing the street.

We enjoy close proximity to highly regarded Mazenod College, St Brigids College, Lesmurdie Primary School, Bus Services, Ray Owen Sporting Complex and Shops. NB there are 'SHORT CUT' footpaths from Wheelwright Road through Gilroy Way and Goodall Street to Lesmurdie Primary School, Sanderson Road Shopping Village and Mazenod College.

If you are seeking a RENOVATED DELIGHT, I would recommend your early attention. Please call Pamela Abraham on 0409 581 008 for more information or to book your inspection.

Lesmurdie overview

Like Kalamunda, the development of the "Lesmurdie" area is closely tied to the exploitation of the Jarrah forest in the region by the Canning Jarrah Timber Company Ltd. In 1897, Mr Archibald Sanderson, a Perth journalist commenced the acquisition of a number of these properties, with a view to building up a "rural retreat" and he named his property "Lesmurdie". Lesmurdie Cottage was a shooting-box in Banffshire, Scotland, near Dufftown and was let to Mr Sanderson's father for shooting. It was in memory of this cottage that Sanderson applied the name to his property.

Life in Lesmurdie
