Need space for all your beachside toys? The extended canopied carport offers fantastic protection and runs right through to the backyard - where more manicured lawn and a sparkling, sail-shaded pool await. Add a covered rear patio for relaxed alfresco living, and a huge shed that's ideal for a workshop or extra storage, and you've got the ultimate coastal lifestyle setup.
Step inside and the magic continues - just wait until you see the modern galley-style kitchen, a chef's delight - an island bench with deep drawers, a dishwasher, double fridge recess, and a view to the outdoors from the double sink.
There's no compromise on the living areas either - seamlessly integrated by the breakfast bar, there's all the room you could need for a dining table, blended with comfortable seating areas and a view through stacker doors to the timber-lined front entertaining area which is complete with fans and lighting.
All three bedrooms feature cool tiled flooring, neutral tones, and built-in robes, with the master boasting mirrored wardrobes and garden views. The family bathroom is fully tiled with a generous shower and great storage, while the laundry offers cupboards, benchtop space, and a built-in hamper for easy living.
All of this sits proudly on a huge 973m² block in one of Dampier's most sought-after streets - a home that blends beachside charm with comfort, practicality, and space to spare. Just moments from the water, parks, and walking trails, this is more than a home - it's your ticket to the relaxed Dampier lifestyle you've been dreaming of.

A town on the northwest coast, west of Roebourne, Dampier was first established as a port for Hamersley Iron in the 1960s. It was also gazetted a townsite in 1972. Dampier is named after the English explorer and onetime buccaneer, William Dampier, who visited the adjacent islands in 1699 in his ship the "Roebuck". The island group through which he sailed was named "Dampier Archipelago" by Captain Louis Freycinet in 1803.
William Dampier (1651-1715) was the first Englishman to set foot on Australian soil. As a young man he took part in various adventures on both coasts of central America, and in 1683 joined a group of buccaneers bound for the Pacific. In 1686 he joined the "Cygnet" under Captain Swan, and in 1688, briefly visited Western Australia near Broome. He returned to Western Australia in 1699 for a longer visit, exploring the coast from north of Houtman Abrolhos to north of Broome. He landed on, and named, Rosemary Island in the Dampier Archipelago on this expedition.
