CHARACTER AND CHARM

Looking for some space in a delightful and interesting 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom character home.
Built on 2.6 acres of land, beautiful treed block.
The land is zoned for stables and is close to the Paceway Park trotting complex.
The home is constructed with a mixture of timber and feature bricks.

The open plan design has high ceilings and features a timber finished ceiling with exposed beams.
Slate floors and carpet in the bedrooms.
The home really needs to be seen to be appreciated.
Close to town this block has lots of potential.
Would certainly suit a trotting trainer, however could suit a horse lover who just wants horses close by.
Let your mind wonder on the multiple opportunities you could have with this land.

Pinjarra overview

The townsite of Pinjarra is located in the south west agricultural region, 87 km south of Perth and 21 km south east of Mandurah. It is located near a ford over the Murray River, and land was reserved for a townsite here in 1831. Surveys were carried out in 1836 and land allocated to settlers in 1837. The name was often shown spelt "Pinjarrup" on early maps, and the accepted spelling for many years was "Pinjarrah". There are conflicting theories regarding the meaningof this Aboriginal name. It is usually said to mean "place of a swamp", but it is more likely named after the "Pindjarup" tribe, the Aboriginal group that frequented this area.
