WHAT THE OWNER SAYS
“I have lived in Tower Street for 27 years and to me, it is the ideal location. We regularly walk to cafes and restaurants in Leederville, West Leederville, Subiaco, Mt Hawthorne, Northbridge and even North Perth. The walkability to major cafe strips is superb.
The public transport allows us to catch trains to Fremantle, Joondalup and Mandurah from our doorstep. Perth is 1 stop 3-minute train ride. Or you can use the free Green Cat to go to Perth via West Perth. And the 96 bus goes to SCGH and UWA and these services are all at our doorstep.
We can drive anywhere, freeway north, Freeway south, Graham Farmer freeway within 2 minutes from our house. And we are always going against the peak hour as opposed to being stuck in it.
And our kids grew up here going to Aranmore College, Perth Modern and then Curtin University, all easily accessible by walking or train /bus to Curtin.
We are in a green leafy suburb, but so close to everything. Best place in the world to live.”
