From the moment you arrive, there’s an immediate sense that this is a home built for family life. Set in one of North Collie’s most tightly held pockets, right beside a park filled with kids’ play equipment, a basketball court, football oval and cricket nets, this solid double brick residence welcomes you with a wide, inviting entrance that sets the tone for what’s to come.
Step inside and the space unfolds beautifully. The home flows effortlessly from the formal living and dining zones perfect for quieter moments or entertaining, through to the heart of the home where the modern kitchen overlooks the dining area and sunken family room. This is where daily life happens family dinners, movie nights by the wood fire, and relaxed weekends with everyone together. The warmth of the brickwork, the sunken layout and the natural flow make this space feel both generous and cosy all at once.
Accommodation is genuinely impressive. Bedrooms one through four are all king sized, each fitted with built in robes, making this an ideal option for larger families or those who simply want space to breathe. The fifth bedroom, currently set up as a study, is still a great size and offers flexibility for guests, a home office or an additional bedroom if needed. The master suite is a true retreat, complemented by a recently renovated ensuite, while the main bathroom and laundry have been updated in the same modern, cohesive style, clean, fresh and functional.
Comfort has been well and truly covered year round with reverse-cycle ducted air conditioning, solar panels to help keep running costs down, and thoughtful upgrades throughout that allow you to move straight in and enjoy. Outside, the home continues to impress with very low maintenance gardens, plenty of parking, an automatic garage and outdoor areas designed for easy living rather than endless upkeep.
Positioned close to a popular primary school and surrounded by a welcoming, family friendly neighbourhood, this is a home where kids can ride bikes to the park, neighbours know each other, and weekends are spent enjoying the lifestyle North Collie is loved for.
Solid, spacious and filled with warmth, this is more than just a house, it’s a place to grow, gather and call home.
