This 4 bedroom home is fully furnished and leased to a long term mining related corporate tenant at a staggering $950/week. The tenant has been in the property for 7 years and the current lease is in place until the 31/12/2026.
The appeal of the property is the "A" grade location and close proximately to Newman's Industrial Estate. The home was extensively renovated prior to the current tenant moving into the property and still presents well. As part of the renovation was a completely new kitchen, the installation of hardwearing tiles to all rooms, new split cycle air conditioning and even a new roof.
Ongoing maintenance should be at a minimum and as an additional bonus is a huge under cover outdoor space that is enjoyed by the occupants.

Newman is a mining company townsite in the Pilbara region, 1184 kilometres northeast of Perth. The townsite was gazetted in 1972 after the Mount Newman Mining company developed a large iron ore mine at Mount Whaleback. The townsite is named after the nearby Mount Newman, a 1055 meter high mountain in the Ophthalmia Range.
Mount Newman was named by the surveyor W F Rudall in 1896, "in honour of our late leader". Newman was Aubrey Woodward Newman, the original leader of the survey party carrying out surveys in the neighbourhood of the Ophthalmia Range in 1896. He contracted typhoid fever at Peak Hill and, too ill to continue, was later returned to Cue where he died on May 24th, 1896.
