Affordable Opportunity

Great Bones - Great Street -

Set beside a park at the end of a sleepy cul de sac, this home is an easy walk to both Primary and High schools, local shopping and transport.

The layout is sensible, the block size generous and the locality outstanding, however the house cosmetics are a little tired and would revel from a little love, like new carpets, fresh paint and a patch up here and there.

The owner is realistic in their expectations and is offering the property as it stands so if you have a little energy to bring this home back to its best it could be the affordable opportunity you have been looking for

In August 1965 the Shire advised that the Realty Development Corporation Ltd had requested the name "Clovercrest Estate" but that neither party would object to the use of the name Lynwood instead of "Willetton".
