Modern, Low-Maintenance Living Made Easy

Offering a fantastic combination of space, comfort and low-maintenance living, this well-presented three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is ready for its next chapter.

Designed with easy everyday living in mind, the home centres around a spacious open-plan kitchen, living and dining room that flows beautifully into the large alfresco area. The well-appointed kitchen offers plenty of bench and storage space, a large walk-in pantry, 900mm oven and five-burner cooktop, making it equally suited to busy weeknights or entertaining family and friends.
For those wanting a little extra space to unwind, the separate enclosed theatre room provides a versatile second living area perfect for movie nights, a kids' retreat or simply somewhere to escape and relax.

The generous main bedroom features its own ensuite, walk-in robe and plenty of room for the drawers, while the two additional bedrooms are both well-sized and complete with built-in robes.

Outside is where this home really lends itself to the South West lifestyle. A large alfresco area creates an inviting space for year-round entertaining, complemented by extensive paving and an additional undercover area running nearly the length of the home for secure caravan or boat parking. Side access and a garden shed add further practicality, while the established, low-maintenance surrounds mean you can spend more time enjoying your weekends and less time maintaining them.

Positioned close to parkland and an extensive network of walking paths, the location offers plenty of opportunity to get outdoors while still enjoying the convenience of an established residential neighbourhood.
