AWESOME VALUE WITH ALL NEW BITS!

This is totally spot on. It's got new flooring, new window treatments, new kitchen, new bathroom… knew you'd be interested!
Such a great place to live and one you can move in and not feel like you're standing in someone else's decades of ick. It's pristine. We've got awesome access to the yard at the back and there's room for all kinds of fun. Garden? Lawn? Workshop? Caravan? Boat? Crazy dog that runs laps all day?

LIVING HERE
We're keeping it straight forward and simple. It's not particularly huge, but it is particularly comfortable and there's great use of the available space. The kitchen really is a great design and there's loads of bench space to work with, plus those never before used appliances including the new oven, stove and integrated dishwasher. The cupboards are clean and new and don't have that cupboardy smell of someone else's spices and sauces and stuff. It's new. Make it yours. BYO smells...

The bedrooms are both of a good size, and each could accommodate a queen size bed or potentially king size. The floor plan shows you the kind of room on offer. That immaculate new bathroom really shines and that cupboardy smell we talked about is nothing compared to someone else's random hair that you find in a second-hand bathroom. It's a new bathroom. Make it yours. BYO random strands…

HOW BIG'S THE BLOCK?
It's a duplex pair on 911sqm, it's the one on the right side. It was built about 1972 and in those days the duplex arrangement was that all the land surrounding is classed as "common area". Since a long time back, probably 1972, there's been a fence from the back of the duplex to the rear boundary and and the yard area in front, to the side and behind have been taken care of by the owners of each side of the duplex. That may sound more complex than it is, but in reality it's pretty simple. Most duplexes built before 1985 are on the same arrangement and it's how things were done.

WHERE IT IS
We've got maps on the website so hit that and zoom around! There's a whole lot really close. A couple of schools, quick access to the shops and even the bus stop. It's a very easy place to be. Over the road is a reserve that's taken care of by the good folks in the parks and gardens team at the City of Armadale.
