Resort-style living, everyday

Sunlit spaces, dual courtyards, effortless indoor-outdoor flow.

This is everything you’d want in a mini-resort without ever leaving home. Sun-drenched, modern, and built for people who like ultimate style without any fluff. Plus the dual courtyards, what a perk! Add in the sleek finishes, north-facing living room that actually makes mornings glow, solar-heated pool, sauna, gym, BBQ cabana, and residents’ lounge, and we wouldn’t blame you for never Googling flights to *insert your favourite getaway destination here* ever again. As part of the ‘One Kennedy’ complex, this floorplan has been carefully crafted to make it work. Open-plan kitchen, living, dining all flow straight to the front courtyard. Bedrooms sit on opposite sides of the apartment so no matter if you have guests, housemates, or just work from home and want a bit of separation, everyone’s happy. The main bedroom features a walk-through (yes, through, not walk-in) robe and gorgeous ensuite, and the second bedroom hits the same style notes with a bonus of rear private courtyard access. Thoughtful storage, reverse cycle aircon, undercover parking, and a handy storeroom mean you are ready for living… it up!

Maylands overview

Maylands is a riverside inner-city suburb approximately 4.5 kilometres northeast of Perth, serviced by the Midland railway line on the northern bank of the Swan River. In 1896 the name "Maylands" was first used to identify the area, appearing on a poster advertising a land auction. However the exact reason how the area got its name is something of a mystery.

The suburb was once a source of clay for brick and tile making at Maylands Brickworks, and the pits from these activities are now part of a golf course and residential area. It was home to Perth's main airport until the early 1960s, and the facilities were converted to a training area for the Western Australian Police Service.

Life in Maylands

Maylands is known as a cultural and creative hub as it is home to The West Australian Ballet Centre and home to the WA Youth Jazz Orchestra. In recent years, new bars, cafés and restaurants, along with gourmet food and retail outlets have all contributed to an ongoing transformation of the town centre into a lively, diverse and inclusive destination. There are numerous shopping centres in the area, 15 parks and reserves and two primary schools.
