This parcel of land has a cleared fully fenced paddock area, over the years the current owners have kept many animals, currently there are a few sheep, keeping the lawns neat and tidy, also they have had ponies, deers and of course the local Kangaroos and wildlife enjoying this space with them and giving much joy to the children/adults alike. A dam provides water to the livestock, water to tank and water for irrigation. The property has its own bore.
