The kitchen has everything you need and there is a small dining area and a lounge room which opens up onto the decked spacious balcony area, where you will be wowed by the engaging views, with a forrest like meditative quality, it's a special place and it's easy to see yourself unwinding and recharging here. You have to see and feel this for yourself.

This parcel of land has a cleared fully fenced paddock area, over the years the current owners have kept many animals, currently there are a few sheep, keeping the lawns neat and tidy, also they have had ponies, deers and of course the local Kangaroos and wildlife enjoying this space with them and giving much joy to the children/adults alike. A dam provides water to the livestock, water to tank and water for irrigation. The property has its own bore.

Piesse Brook meanders its way across the land with its tree lined banks, a well placed bbq gazebo area is an ideal place for a picnic, gather the family and enjoy the view.

Pickering Brook has a diverse range of established orchid and agricultural growers with a handful of wineries within a short drive. Orchard country can be found in and surrounding this area with rows and rows of fruit trees etched neatly into hillsides.
