POOL, PARK AND A PLACE FOR GOOD TIMES

There is plenty to like about this one. Set on a 692sqm block in a quiet cul-de-sac, this beautifully presented three-bedroom home delivers comfortable everyday living, a fantastic outdoor entertaining setup and a brilliant parkside position.

LIVING HERE

The kitchen, meals and living areas flow together to create a practical central space with plenty of room for the family. The kitchen includes an electric oven and cooktop, dishwasher, pantry and a good-sized fridge recess, while the living room can comfortably handle a seriously large couch without feeling crowded.

There are three good-sized bedrooms, with the main bedroom enjoying semi-ensuite access to the family bathroom. Roller shutters to the front windows and ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning throughout add comfort and practicality all year round.

The solar-panel system, battery storage and electric hot-water system make excellent use of the Western Australian sunshine and help support a home with both air conditioning and a swimming pool.

OUTSIDE

This backyard is made for good times. The large patio flows directly from the indoor living space and overlooks the pool area, making it easy to entertain while keeping an eye on everyone in the water.

There is plenty of space around the pool for sun lounges and summer gatherings, with the leafy park creating a superb backdrop beyond the rear boundary. The terraced backyard has been thoughtfully retained and also includes a storage shed and separate pool-equipment enclosure.

The property has a fully fenced front yard, gated and secure carport parking, plus additional covered storage or workshop space at the rear of the carport. There is even air conditioning in this area, creating some interesting options for anyone wanting a comfortable space for projects or storage.

WHERE IT IS

Wakehurst Place is a quiet cul-de-sac, yet the location puts you within easy reach of everything. There is convenient pedestrian access towards Challis Train Station, while Kelmscott Senior High School, local shopping, parks, gyms and other everyday amenities are all nearby.

You get the convenience of living close to a major district centre without being right in the middle of all the activity. Best of all, the park at the rear gives you an attractive green outlook without all the maintenance.
