5.7 ACRES OF PREMIUM LAND

There is not another one like this one. 5.7 acres of North facing magnificent hills land, with a view that is unsurpassed. This is the ultimate block for a prestige home and a lifestyle that is without comparison.

Set at the end of an almost unknown cul-de-sac this is a premium location. With a stunning outlook across the valley, you won't find a more impressive block anywhere in the hills.

The opportunities that exist for a high-end build, or a solar passive eco-design are endless.

WHERE IT IS
That is a fair question because it's a pretty hidden location. Whilst it's so secluded it is remarkably close to so much, including great restaurants, cafes, and more. Just up the hill is Roleystone, with awesome specialty stores and bakeries. Just down the hill is the Kelmscott town Centre with major supermarkets, medical services, the hospital, several very good schools, and public transport. Everything you need for a comfortable life is just nearby, but you'd never know it's so close when you're standing in this hidden position.

Kelmscott overview

Kelmscott is a mixed-use residential, industrial, rural and commercial suburb located 25 kilometres southeast of Perth. The suburb was one of the very early towns established in the Swan River Colony and was named after Kelmscott, Oxfordshire, the birthplace of the first Anglican clergyman in the colony, Thomas Hobbes Scott (1783–1860). Established in 1830, Kelmscott's most rapid growth period was in the 1960s and 1970s.
