Sorry this property is now Under Offer.
Yes it's true, an unobstructed view over the river to the mouth! What's more it is unlikely to be built out! But don't take my word for it, come and inspect the property yourself.
This comfortable and well maintained home is in Parry Court which is a very quiet cul-de-sac close to the centre of Augusta town, a walk to the school, a walk to the river and if you are feeling fit and wish to link up with the boardwalk, a walk to the Colourpatch and the ocean beach.
The home is a solid two storey with a brick base and hardiplank top & colorbond roof. The top level is laid out as kitchen, dining, lounge with access to the reeded deck balcony and that great view we talked about earlier. The kitchen has oodles of cupboard space and a good sized walk-in pantry. On the top floor is the master bedroom with large walk-in robe, second double bedroom and the main bathroom.
Downstairs via the lovely wood staircase, past the leadlight windows you will find the double garage, laundry and a self-contained flat which can be closed off from the main home. This awesome flat has a double bedroom, bathroom, toilet and a kitchenette/dining/lounge with external access. Ideal for the family to stay or a teenager as it is all under the main roof.
The large double garage is also under the main roof and two other large sheds which can be used for garaging or as workshops sit at either end. Solar panels on the roof finish the offering.
This property really would make an ideal family home or even a holiday home, or a mix of both. A viewing would not disappoint.
Contact the exclusive agent for an inspection before it gets away from you.

The most south westerly town in the state, Augusta was named by Gov. Sir James Stirling in May 1830. Until 2003 it was thought the name honoured Princess Augusta Sophia, second daughter of King George III and Queen Charlotte. In 2003 the book "James Stirling - Admiral and Founding Governor of Western Australia" a letter by James Turner is referred to which states "a town is purposed to be built named Augusta, County of Sussex, in compliment to the Duke". Princess Augusta Sophia died unmarried, and the "Duke" is most likely the Duke of Sussex, Augustus Frederick (Hanover), the 6th son of George III. He married Lady Augusta Murray in 1793, but the marriage was deemed a violation of the Royal Marriage Act, and was declared null and void in 1794. Lady Augusta Murray is most likely the person after whom Augusta is named.
Augusta is a town on the south west coast of WA and was predominately a tourist town up until the late 1990s when many people chose to retired to the region. The town is known for its major attractions such as Cape Leeuwin "where two oceans meet" and its impressive lighthouse. Augusta is dependent on professional fishing, timber and tourism. There is a local shopping centre in the area and two primary schools - Augusta Primary School and Karridale Primary School, with the closest secondary school Margaret River Senior High School.
