4 Bedroom Home with Sheds and Paddock

Welcome to this lovely home with plenty of sheds, gardens, and space for the animals. Situated at the end of a quiet street on 6220 m2 over 3 titles, this property has everything. It has been very well maintained by the owners and consists of four bedrooms, one bathroom, and two toilets.
The front door leads directly into the lounge with a small office nook in the corner of the lounge as you make your way into the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a walk-in robe and a reverse cycle air conditioner. The second bedroom and bathroom are off the kitchen. The bathroom is very neat with shower, toilet, bath and another shower head over the bath. The kitchen is very organised with ample bench space. It also has a tile fire and air conditioner to keep the temperature at an optimum. Altogether the home has three air conditioners with another in the lounge room. From the kitchen it is a step down into the sunken dining room. The remaining two bedrooms complete the home.
Stepping out onto the back patio gives you a sense of the room you have and the sheds on offer. At one end of the patio is the laundry with a second toilet alongside. Behind the laundry is another room with an open ceiling that could be a craft room or a games room. In the backyard are well kept lawns and garden beds, all on reticulation. The sheds are well organised with the two larger sheds having concrete floors and power connected. Another open shed has been specifically built to store a caravan and another smaller one as a wood shed. Alongside the driveway under a tree is the 'fairy garden', a place to sit and contemplate. Joining the fairy garden and another old shed from years gone by is a wooden yard with some relics as a tribute to the past.
This is a very neat, tidy home with all the sheds and space you could need. For more information, or to organise a private inspection, call Ian Hanna on 0427215076.

Tambellup overview

The townsite of Tambellup is located in the Great Southern Agricultural region, 317 kilometres south east of Perth and 23 kilometres south of Broomehill. The area around Tambellup was first settled by pastoralists in the late 1840s, and in 1849 the Surveyor General, John Septimus Roe, when passing through the area, referred to Morrison's south west station at "Tambul-yillup". The area was later settled by the Norrish family, and the spelling commonly used for the place then was "Tambellelup". When the Great Southern Railway was opened in 1889 a station was established at Tambellup, and it appears that the shortened version of the name was created by the railway, as the timetable in 1889 uses the Tambellup spelling. Tambellup was gazetted a townsite in 1899. The meaning of this Aboriginal name is not known, although one source gives it as "place of thunder"(from Toombellanup).
