Perfectly positioned in one of Dampier's most sought-after locations, 10 Lockyer Crescent delivers the coastal lifestyle you've been dreaming of, with the space, practicality and extras to suit families, boating enthusiasts and entertainers alike.

The unique dual driveway design allows you to sweep around into one entrance and drive out of the other, making parking boats, trailers and extra vehicles effortless. A high boat port, rear access, solar panels and a fully powered shed with its own circuit only add to the incredible functionality on offer.

Inside, the home has been thoughtfully updated with brand-new split system air conditioning throughout and practical tiled flooring flowing through the main living areas. A generous family room provides the perfect place to relax, while the renovated kitchen impresses with crisp white cabinetry, contrasting dark benchtops, a breakfast bar overlooking the dining and living area, dishwasher, pantry, oversized fridge recess and a pleasant outlook from the kitchen sink. The adjoining laundry offers excellent storage, with future potential to move this to another area and further extend the kitchen if desired.

Privately positioned away from the remaining bedrooms, the master suite is your own peaceful retreat, complete with warm timber-look flooring, a walk-in robe and a beautifully renovated ensuite featuring a fully tiled shower and twin wall-hung vanity. The additional bedrooms all include built-in robes, wood-look flooring, ceiling fans and fresh neutral décor, while the remodelled family bathroom showcases stylish finishes, a bath, shower and distinctive glass brick features for extra light.

Step outside and discover where this home truly shines. A covered patio spans the full width of the house, creating the perfect setting for family barbecues, celebrations or simply unwinding after a day on the water. The sparkling pool is strategically sheltered by shade sails and plenty of room for sun loungers, with its own cover and a new robotic cleaner making maintenance a breeze. There's even a dedicated lean-to fish cleaning station ready for the day's catch.

The expansive backyard continues to impress with side access, cyclone tie-down points, a fully reticulated lawn and gardens, established mango and lemon trees, a children's playground complete with a treehouse, and all the space your family needs to enjoy the outdoors.

Dampier overview

A town on the northwest coast, west of Roebourne, Dampier was first established as a port for Hamersley Iron in the 1960s. It was also gazetted a townsite in 1972. Dampier is named after the English explorer and onetime buccaneer, William Dampier, who visited the adjacent islands in 1699 in his ship the "Roebuck". The island group through which he sailed was named "Dampier Archipelago" by Captain Louis Freycinet in 1803.

William Dampier (1651-1715) was the first Englishman to set foot on Australian soil. As a young man he took part in various adventures on both coasts of central America, and in 1683 joined a group of buccaneers bound for the Pacific. In 1686 he joined the "Cygnet" under Captain Swan, and in 1688, briefly visited Western Australia near Broome. He returned to Western Australia in 1699 for a longer visit, exploring the coast from north of Houtman Abrolhos to north of Broome. He landed on, and named, Rosemary Island in the Dampier Archipelago on this expedition.
