This is a large home offering 4 good sized bedrooms with the master having a WIR. There are ceiling fans and evaporative air conditioning ducted throughout the home. The formal entrance has beautiful jarrah floor boards and leads you to the cozy lounge with built in wood fire. The lounge opens onto the formal dining room through large picture glass sliding doors, an original feature of this home.
The kitchen has been updated with loads of bench space and storage including a walk-in pantry. There's a gas cook-top, built-in oven, dishwasher and a breakfast bar with colonial french doors opening onto a large sunroom at the rear of the home. This opens to the paved rear patio for outdoor entertaining and summer bbq's.
At the other end of the kitchen there is an auxiliary room with more cabinets, bench space and a free standing tile fire sending warmth up the hallway to the bedrooms. Just off this room is the bathroom with shower, separate bath, toilet and vanity and floor to ceiling tiles. Ideally located next to the bathroom is the laundry.

Kununoppin overview

Kununoppin is a townsite in the eastern agricultural region, 247 kilometres northeast of Perth. Like many wheatbelt towns, Kununoppin was established because it was the site of a railway siding. The Dowerin to Merredin railway opened in 1911, and the townsite was gazetted in 1911. Kununoppin derives its name from the Aboriginal name of a nearby area, first recorded as "Coonoonoppin" during surveys in 1908. The spelling Kununoppin was adopted to conform to the Royal Geographical Society orthography for recording Aboriginal place names adopted by the Lands Department.
