HUGE GAMES ROOM
Set in a sleepy section with no through traffic, this well maintained 4 bedroom home is close to Bannister Creek parklands, walking and cycle path, a lazy 5 iron to Whaleback Golf Course and easy walking to Primary and High Schools.
Four bedrooms (3 with built ins), air conditioning, plus dual access bathroom with separate shower and bath, covers the accommodations but the fun times start at the massive games room enclosure at the rear of the house PLUS very generous living room with a huge corner window as well as a separate dining area under the main roof means everyone can have their own space.
The kitchen is well located between the two and has plenty of cupboard space, gas cooktop and is in well kept original condition.
But the star is the massive games enclosure - complete with own air conditioner - which leads to a patio and gated entry to carport at one end and a bright pergola ready to be covered in vines at the other.
This is entertainers heaven and still room to add a pool if you like.
