Meadow landing masterpiece!

The lifestyle and location of Roelands, Meadow Landing, right opposite Treendale has long been highly sought after by the astute buyer. Boasting not only a private quiet location but the convenience of schools and shops just minutes away.

This 4,015m²* block is tree'd around the boundaries for complete privacy, with auto reticulation from the bore, caring for the easy-care lawns and gardens, and being fully fenced for the safety of children and fur babies. The 2002-built Dale Alcock home offers 254 m²* of living, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, study and a mix of casual and formal living areas for the whole family.

With a stunning new kitchen boasting granite benchtops, soft close drawers, glass splashback, and the convenience of modern appliances making the kitchen a real treat and focal point of the home, conveniently overlooking the meals and family room area, then the games room in the distance. Allowing you to keep an eye on the family, especially the kids as they frolic in the belowground swimming pool, as well as entertaining with friends.

Off the entry the huge theatre room boasts a fireplace with a mantle and the big bell-shaped windows add space and style at the same time, with a gas outlet ready for a fire.

While the master bedroom is tucked quietly away from the children's wing of the home, with a study/nursery right next door, a fantastic space to retreat to, with a walk-in robe and modern, spacious ensuite. And study right alongside that could make an ideal nursery.

The children's wing offers three spacious bedrooms with robes and easy access to the master bathroom, laundry and easy access outside as well.
The home has so many features, best of all the high ceilings that flow throughout the entire home at another dimension of space, to an already huge family home!

This home is a masterpiece and must be seen to take advantage of all that it has to offer but don't delay as this one's not going to last. Sellers have chosen to relocate just prior to Christmas so settlement will be late December.

Roelands overview

The townsite of Roelands is located in the southwest agricultural region, 166 kilometres south of Perth and 20 kilometres east of Bunbury. It is named after a property of the same name granted to the Colony's first Surveyor General in 1830, John Septimus Roe. In 1893 when the railway line from Pinjarra to Picton Junction was opened, a railway station was established at Roelands, but named Collie, after the nearby Collie River. It was changed to Roelands in 1899, because it was confused with the new town in the coalfields (now Collie). In 1909 a school was established at Roelands, and in 1916 a private subdivision was undertaken surrounding the schoolsite. In 1963 the subdivision was gazetted a townsite at the request of the Shire of Harvey.
