Stunning, Large 4 Bedroom Home with Expansive Views

Wow More Than Expected!

You would expect all upscale homes to have one or two things that could be considered a ‘Wow Factor’. Some may even boast 3 or more…
But we challenge you to find another home in this price range with the quantity, quality and variety of things to be Wow’d about!

It starts with the street appeal of this substantial dwelling, over 3 levels fronted by well-kept native and other trees & plants including a most impressive triple stump grass tree.

The wide front entry on the first floor leads to the main living area where you’re taken aback by a truly vast living space with astronomically high vaulted ceilings that allow natural light through the 6 remote control windows and blinds. The huge renovated kitchen with ample stone benchtops and a near new double-oven, gas cooktop and upscale dishwasher service the equally spacious dining / family room with a convenient nook that can be used as a study area or a cozy spot for a love seat. The big adjoining theatre provides a further space for you to sit back and enjoy.

But the experience has only just begun … The adjacent limestone staircase winds down to the ground floor and into the under-croft garage. Stand in awe at the sheer scale of it, not only having room for 2 large vehicles + Home Gym + Bike storage and more, the workshop space continues the entire length of the house. There’s fixed shelving, lighting and power-points throughout making it the perfect workshop for the motor enthusiast when combined with vehicle side access that is sheltered by an extra long and high boat / caravan port.

The vast workshop leads onto the rear yard, split over 2 levels and boasting lush green Sir-Walter lawns and beautifully flowering gardens, all serviced by a top of the line reticulation system and a deep bore providing astonishingly clear water. No bore stains or excess water bills here. The rear yard of the property provides no fewer than 4 intimate seating areas including a 1st floor timber-lined undercover alfresco that overlooks the yard and tree lines.

Back inside and towards the front of the dwelling, you’ll find the fresh, modern and very spacious master bedroom with a custom built walk-in robe and a stunningly renovated ensuite. To the rear of the house and separate from the living areas are the 3 other ample size bedrooms, all with 2 or more sliding door built-in robes. And if you’re still wanting more storage, the attic stairs in the hallway provide access to an abundant roof space. The surprisingly large main bathroom and clever laundry have also been freshly renovated.

And just when you thought there’s no more wow to give… the 3rd level of this home presents a magnificent games room / man cave with a stunning, raw edged solid jarrah bar slab welcoming you to sit and gaze out wide sliding doors that lead to wrap around verandas. These offer expansive views to the north, west and south, including clear glimpses of the Leschenault Inlet and The Cut. This upstairs retreat has its own toilet with basin and the bar area has cupboards & fridge spaces as well as a sink with hot & cold water… Long Afternoon Sunset Cocktails & Beers await!

If you’re interested in this unique home, we suggest you don’t delay.. This much Wow won’t last long!

Eaton overview

Eaton is a suburban area located on the banks of the Collie River six kilometres from Bunbury. In 1949 the island in the Collie River opposite Eaton was named Eaton Island, because its original name, Alexander Island, was duplicated. Eaton was nominated by the Bunbury Road Board in honour of Mr Foster Eaton, the late fisheries and game inspector for this area. The name was given in recognition of work he had done in the area. When urban development was commenced in the area in 1951, it was at first referred to as the Collie River Estate, but was soon changed to Eaton due to its proximity to Eaton Island.
