Positioned to capture the sea breezes and just a short stroll from the stunning Dampier foreshore and Shark Cage Beach, this is a location that places community, recreation and coastal living right at your doorstep.

At the end of the street sits the iconic Dampier Hub with its library and community facilities, while Dampier Primary School, Windy Ridge Oval and Hampton Harbour Boat & Sailing Club are all an easy walk or bike ride away. With the boat ramp close by, weekends can be spent exploring some of Western Australia's most spectacular islands and enjoying world-class fishing opportunities.

Inside, the home is comfortable, modern and beautifully maintained. The contemporary kitchen offers excellent bench space, a practical breakfast bar, stainless steel dishwasher, electric cooking and a generous pantry to keep everyday living effortless. Neutral tones and quality finishes create a relaxed coastal feel throughout, complemented by wood-look vinyl flooring to the living spaces and flowing through to all of the bedrooms.

The bathroom makes a statement with its striking feature tiling in the shower inspired by the colours of the sea, while a separate toilet adds everyday family convenience. Split system air conditioning to the bedrooms and a central Daikin cassette system in the living area keep the home comfortable year-round, while matte black ceiling fans and stylish window dressings add a modern touch. All bedrooms are generously proportioned with built-in robes, and the main one enjoys beautiful natural light through dual aspect windows.

Step outside and the lifestyle offering continues. The rear entertaining area overlooks a sparkling shade-sailed pool framed by lush lawns and established gardens, creating a private tropical retreat. A huge fruiting mango tree and mature frangipanis bring character and shade, while the easy-care grounds leave plenty of room to personalise.

A standout feature is the fully refurbished laundry complete with floor-to-ceiling storage, an additional shower and toilet, plus an air-conditioned study or office space-ideal for working from home, hobbies or extra flexibility.

Wide side access through double gates leads to the massive shed with its super-high roller door, offering exceptional space for boats, vehicles, toys or workshop needs. There's also extra room alongside for parking or to create the perfect firepit area for relaxed evenings under the stars.

Unwind and enjoy the friendly atmosphere of a sought-after cul-de-sac - this is more than a home; it's a chance to embrace the unbeatable Dampier lifestyle.

Dampier overview

A town on the northwest coast, west of Roebourne, Dampier was first established as a port for Hamersley Iron in the 1960s. It was also gazetted a townsite in 1972. Dampier is named after the English explorer and onetime buccaneer, William Dampier, who visited the adjacent islands in 1699 in his ship the "Roebuck". The island group through which he sailed was named "Dampier Archipelago" by Captain Louis Freycinet in 1803.

William Dampier (1651-1715) was the first Englishman to set foot on Australian soil. As a young man he took part in various adventures on both coasts of central America, and in 1683 joined a group of buccaneers bound for the Pacific. In 1686 he joined the "Cygnet" under Captain Swan, and in 1688, briefly visited Western Australia near Broome. He returned to Western Australia in 1699 for a longer visit, exploring the coast from north of Houtman Abrolhos to north of Broome. He landed on, and named, Rosemary Island in the Dampier Archipelago on this expedition.
