SOLD BY CONNIE HANDCOCK
Nestled along a row of terraced townhouses, made for coastal living and South Freo’s vibrant lifestyle, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home unfolds to so much more. Inside it feels wonderfully private, and surprisingly quiet, with the buzz of community on your doorstep. A stroll up the street takes you straight to Peaches and the local IGA or South Fremantle’s main shopping centre with the likes of Aldi, Woolworths, and a variety of boutique shops – while the beach, South Terrace and Freo’s cultural hub are only minutes away. With a number of parks and dog-friendly beaches nearby, pet owners will also love that their furry friends are welcome to live in this well-maintained complex.
Upon entry, hardwood floors flow throughout as the air-conditioned living and dining spaces extend to the outdoors, via double doors, to your pick of two courtyards. Storage space is abundant with a utility cupboard and under-stair area, and even more in the kitchen that features sparkling granite benchtops, walk-in pantry, an impressive 900mm 'La Germania F.B.G' 5-burner gas stove top and oven, and a Fisher & Paykel dishwasher drawer. The laundry and a separate WC are also alongside. Beyond is the west-facing, limestone walled courtyard at the rear, double garage with walls of built-in storage and a handy EV charger nearby.
With all the living and home entertaining on the lower floor, ascend the stairs to peaceful bedroom retreats. Two bedrooms with built-in-robes each share the main bathroom, while the master bedroom is generously proportioned with a walk-in robe, ensuite, Magnetite double-glazed window system (for sound and thermal reduction) and enough space to encompass a reading or study nook. Double doors lead to your very own east-facing balcony, where you can sit and watch the bustling action below and wave to friendly locals as they pass by. Finally, ducted and zoned, reverse-cycle air-conditioning perfectly finishes off this upper level, with a security alarm system (complete with CCTV cameras) servicing the entire home.
This is the epitome of easy, lock-and-leave living, right in the heart of South Freo with one of the best lifestyles on offer for coastal and urban convenience – what a wonderful opportunity to make it yours.

South Fremantle is an established residential area within the City of Fremantle. Spanning two square kilometres, the land has harbour uses in the west sector as well as some commercial land use. Settlement of South Fremantle started in 1831 with growth taking place in the late 1800s and early 1900s. Expansion continued during the 1950s and 1960s and again in the early 1990s when new dwellings were added to the area.
With the Fremantle city centre just kilometres away, residents of South Fremantle will not want for things to do. South Beach is a major feature within the suburb, bringing to life its coastal appeal and there are plenty of local parks to explore. Other features of note are South Fremantle Shopping Centre, South Fremantle Market Place and Success Harbour Train Station, which provides convenient transport into Perth.
