BEAUTIFUL LIVING ON HALF AN ACRE

This has just the right balance of space and functionality. Inside and out, this property is exceptional. You can see from the floorplan just how well designed this home is, and I'm sure you'll agree - everything about it works so well for comfortable living.

LIVING HERE
This is an absolutely brilliant design for everyday life, with a kitchen at the hub of everything. It all centres around this practical meals-kitchen-family area, which spills out to that superb alfresco space. It really is exceptional.

The kitchen itself is a very good size, with plenty of room to work. There's excellent bench space that allows all kinds of functionality, plus ample storage, and an attractive style that sets it apart from anything else on the market right now.

You can see from the floor plans how well it all flows, but to sum it up, this is great family living. Full stop. The bedrooms are all a good size, the main bedroom has a quality ensuite and heaps of wardrobe space. The other three bedrooms are also generously proportioned, and there is a strong sense of space throughout this part of the home. Yet again, this floor plan puts it at the top of the list - not just for functionality, but for overall presentation and how incredibly clean and well kept it is.

As we head outside, everything continues the same theme: well maintained and in order. The outdoor living area has a lovely outlook across the yard and garden, and the café blinds make it usable throughout the year. Because it flows so well with the internal living space, it genuinely becomes an extension of it.

The driveway that leads from the front to the back of the property is a fantastic feature, and you can fit almost any vehicle down here. There's great turning space for the caravan or trailers, and the shed and workshop offer excellent room for getting things done or storing the stuff you don't want to look at every day.

It's all been so well set up on this half acre of land. The roses are a standout when visiting this property, and they'll be a highlight every day when you live here. Their fragrance drifts through the home on a breezy day - and this is, of course, what country living is all about.

WHERE IT IS
What's the deal with Beverley?... Just under 130km from Perth, 110kms from Kelmscott at Brookton Highway, Beverley offers the idyllic balance between peaceful country charm and the convenience of modern amenities. Google reckons it's 1 hour and 20 minutes to the airport. If you're working FIFO it's a dream life.
With a rich heritage, all the essentials like shops, cafés, schools and a local pub, this is a town where people know your name and life moves at your pace.

The home is opposite the recreation grounds and across from the aquatic centre. It's an easy and pretty walk to the school around the corner. You can pretty much walk everywhere in town and from my experience, the kind folk of Beverley give a nod or a "G'day" as you go along the way.
