This one is just sensational! Set in a prime Clifton Hills location, we have this brilliant three-bedroom, one-bathroom home.
It's spot on for presentation, and the renovated bathroom is one of the many highlights in this home.
LIVING HERE
We've got all kinds of living space here, making it a superb offering for anyone who needs the room to move. The kitchen is very appealing, with a 900mm SMEG oven and plenty of workspace. It overlooks the meals area and is central to life in this place. The front living room is a great size, and with a sunken area, it lends itself to the split-level theatre kind of set-up. At the rear of the home is a great enclosed patio, a massive space with indoor/outdoor versatility. The three bedrooms are all of a good size, and the fully renovated bathroom is absolutely sensational.
The backyard is fully fenced and it's got a whole lot of room to enjoy. Lawns, garden beds and more are established and ready for you to enjoy.
WHERE IT IS
What a prime location! Clifton Hills is great, but this bit is incredibly appealing. You can walk just up the street to The Pink Deli Cafe and around the corner to Clifton Hills Primary School and acres and acres of playing fields at Frye Park. This is a tremendous position!

Kelmscott is a mixed-use residential, industrial, rural and commercial suburb located 25 kilometres southeast of Perth. The suburb was one of the very early towns established in the Swan River Colony and was named after Kelmscott, Oxfordshire, the birthplace of the first Anglican clergyman in the colony, Thomas Hobbes Scott (1783–1860). Established in 1830, Kelmscott's most rapid growth period was in the 1960s and 1970s.
Though close to the lively Armadale City Centre, Kelmscott is a quiet suburb nestled among the numerous parks and reserves that pepper its landscape. The Kelmscott Town Centre is the main commercial sector with the Kelmscott Plaza and Stargate Kelmscott Shopping Centre all located here. There is also a railway station and four local schools in Kelmscott.
