Pretty, Practical and lots of Potential!

Occupying a commanding 931sqm corner position, 1 Jacksonia Close stands as a fortress of comfort and utility in the heart of Pinjarra. This property is defined by its exceptional land use, offering a level of accessibility and security that is increasingly difficult to find. The expansive corner frontage allows for genuine dual side access through secure gates, leading to a sprawling backyard that serves as a private sanctuary for those with a lifestyle that demands space for a caravan, boat, or multiple vehicles.

The residence itself has been meticulously maintained to provide both peace of mind, modern efficiency and comfort. A high-quality solar panel system paired with a dedicated battery backup ensures the home remains energy-efficient and cost-effective throughout the year. This commitment to quality extends to the exterior finishes, where Westral security screens and roller shutters have been installed across the majority of windows and entry points to the home. These additions not only provide an elite level of security but also offer superior climate control and acoustic privacy, making the home a quiet retreat regardless of the weather.

Outdoor living is a cornerstone of this property's appeal. The backyard is an entertainer's dream, featuring multiple distinct outdoor living areas designed to host large gatherings or provide intimate spaces for relaxation. Surrounding these entertaining zones is a collection of sheds, as well as open and undercover parking options, providing the ultimate setup for a home workshop or secure storage for high-value equipment. Alternatively, you can make room for a larger shed, or expand the home with a granny flat (Subject to Shire Approval), offering a separate escape, or potential for some added income.

Inside, the three bedroom, one bathroom layout is designed for practical everyday living, offering a cozy and functional interior that serves as the perfect canvas for you as the new owners. The master bedroom has a huge walk-in robe, that could easily be converted to a nursery or extra room if required. The main living area is surprisingly spacious, featuring a large, open kitchen, a stylish wood burner for warmth in the colder months, and direct access to the front patio, extending the entertaining space outdoors. You also have a second living/lounge area on offer, allowing added space for relaxation and separation from the rest of the family.

Situated just moments from the centre of Pinjarra, with access north and south via the South Western Highway, you'll never be far from the action!
Whether you are a tradesperson needing room for the toys, a family looking for a massive yard to grow into, or a downsizer looking for a low maintenance lock-and-leave home, this property delivers a rare combination of infrastructure and opportunity.

Pinjarra overview

The townsite of Pinjarra is located in the south west agricultural region, 87 km south of Perth and 21 km south east of Mandurah. It is located near a ford over the Murray River, and land was reserved for a townsite here in 1831. Surveys were carried out in 1836 and land allocated to settlers in 1837. The name was often shown spelt "Pinjarrup" on early maps, and the accepted spelling for many years was "Pinjarrah". There are conflicting theories regarding the meaningof this Aboriginal name. It is usually said to mean "place of a swamp", but it is more likely named after the "Pindjarup" tribe, the Aboriginal group that frequented this area.
