From the moment you arrive, the twin driveway layout hints at the versatility on offer. To one side, a drive-through covered boat or caravan port leads you straight to a large storage shed-perfect for tradies, adventurers or anyone needing that extra space. On the other, a separate carport provides everyday convenience. Out the back on the patio, the surprises continue with a fully equipped home office complete with its own bathroom and laundry, making it ideal for running a business, accommodating guests, or creating a private retreat.
Step inside and you'll find a beautifully presented interior where timber-look flooring flows seamlessly throughout, complemented by sheer and blockout blinds for both style and comfort in the three generous bedrooms. All feature built-in wardrobes, while the family bathroom has been tastefully updated with a modern vanity and twin shower heads for a touch of everyday luxury.
At the heart of the home, you'll love the clever engineering which created the open-plan layout. The fully renovated kitchen is a standout - complete with striking stone benchtops and splashbacks, gas cooking, dishwasher, breakfast bar and an incredible amount of storage, including a fantastic butler's pantry where the stone finishings continue that quality theme.
Outdoor living is where this home truly shines. A stunning front patio overlooks lush, grassed gardens, creating the perfect spot for morning coffee, while the expansive rear entertaining area accessed through cyclone rated stacker doors is ready for gatherings of any size, complete with lighting to set the mood well into the evening.

A town on the northwest coast, west of Roebourne, Dampier was first established as a port for Hamersley Iron in the 1960s. It was also gazetted a townsite in 1972. Dampier is named after the English explorer and onetime buccaneer, William Dampier, who visited the adjacent islands in 1699 in his ship the "Roebuck". The island group through which he sailed was named "Dampier Archipelago" by Captain Louis Freycinet in 1803.
William Dampier (1651-1715) was the first Englishman to set foot on Australian soil. As a young man he took part in various adventures on both coasts of central America, and in 1683 joined a group of buccaneers bound for the Pacific. In 1686 he joined the "Cygnet" under Captain Swan, and in 1688, briefly visited Western Australia near Broome. He returned to Western Australia in 1699 for a longer visit, exploring the coast from north of Houtman Abrolhos to north of Broome. He landed on, and named, Rosemary Island in the Dampier Archipelago on this expedition.
