Nestled in a sought-after enclave, perfectly located between the town and beach, you'll be delighted to experience this fabulous family home set on a special parcel of land with a beautiful creek line flowing through it and offering abundant space and privacy.
Off the entry hall we find the main bedroom that features a large bay window, 2 walk in robes and an ensuite bathroom. On the other side of the hall is a spacious lounge/multi-purpose room.
The home opens up into the expansive living area that's warmed by a wood heater. The kitchen has ample storage and there is sliding door access to the paved alfresco that has bush poles, a pitched roof and shade blinds. Just off the main living area, through timber and glass French doors, is a fabulous lounge that enjoys vistas of the trees and has a sliding door onto the alfresco.
A separate wing houses the 3 very generous minor bedrooms that all have built-in robes, and there is also a family bathroom, hallway storage, and a laundry with toilet.
The grounds are a joy with areas of lawn, established low-maintenance gardens and a veggie bed section. A good-sized shed with a verandah also serves the grounds, and a lawn tennis court sits in a fabulous shady position. A seating pavilion is at the edge of the court, and behind the pavilion is a machinery storage shed.
The bottom of the block has a beautiful babbling brook with waterfalls, pools and a bridge - what a truly blessed place for children and adults alike to hang out!
When you're not on the tennis court, down by the creek, or out and about in the local area, you'll find yourself relaxing away the hours on the sheltered alfresco that has plenty of room for couches and table.
Just a short drive to the beach, golf course and wineries, and a quick drive to town for any supplies, you 'll not want to miss this incredible opportunity.

The townsite of Margaret River is located in the south west agricultural area, 277 kilometres south southwest of Perth and 48 kilometres south southwest of Busselton. It is located on the Margaret River from which it derives its name. The precise origin of the naming of the river is not known, but it was possibly named by John Bussell in honour of Margaret Wyche, a friend in England who was expected to follow the Bussell's to Australia. The name is first shown on a map of the region published in 1839.
In 1910 the Margaret River Progress Association wrote to the Minister for Lands requesting a townsite be declared at "the Upper Margaret Bridge". The reason given was that "the district is likely to be dotted with public buildings several miles apart in the near future if a townsite is not made available shortly". The District Surveyor who inspected the area preferred an area near the lower bridge on Caves Road, but this land was not available. Lots were surveyed in 1912, and the Townsite of Margaret River gazetted in 1913. In 1918 the name of the townsite was changed to "Margaret", but it was changed back to Margaret River in 1927, due to local usage of the name always being Margaret River.
