First in best dressed this is fantastic value for money !!!! This lovely family home is perfectly situated and within comfortable walking distance to School, Chinaman's beach and the River/town centre.
It is an easy and peaceful home to live in and offers three separate lounge areas, three bedrooms (massive master bedroom with en-suite and walk in robe), study or fourth bedroom, powder room and all year round sheltered outdoor entertaining area.
Enter the home and feel the cool and welcoming effect of high ceilings. Evaporative air-conditioning cool the home and the Gourmet kitchen will please the fussiest of cooks with a walk in pantry large enough to house the fridges "oh the master bedroom has split-system air-conditioning".
Being a corner block you have access from both Glass St and Cygnet Crt with undercover parking enough for 3 cars, workshop, storage room or gym. Gardens are low-maintenance and reticulated.
Boasting brick construction inspection is the only way to truly appreciate this lovely home. Under the current circumstances the owner would need to rent the property back until November giving a guaranteed income...

Kalbarri is a coastal resort and fishing town, 589 km north north west of Perth. It is located at the mouth of the Murchison River, the area becoming popular in the late 1940s as a tourist and fishing resort. In 1948 the government decided to declare a townsite here, and following the survey of lots the townsite was gazetted in 1951.
The name of Kalbarri was chosen from a list of Aboriginal words compiled by Daisy Bates in 1913. It is a man's name from a Murchison tribe, and also the name of an edible seed. The Aboriginal name for the area of Kalbarri has been recorded as "Wurdimarlu".
