What we love
A prominent corner position within Hillarys’ sought-after “Harbour Rise Estate” is the fitting setting for this classy 4 bedroom 3 bathroom two-storey abode that towers above its neighbours and enviably sits just footsteps away from the lovely tree-lined Marbella Park, the ever-popular Lot One Kitchen and the hustle and bustle of Hillarys Boat Harbour. Downstairs, a huge carpeted theatre room is shut off from the entry foyer by gorgeous double French doors, with a separate study/home office also carpeted under foot. Separate French doors enclosed the spacious open-plan family, dining and kitchen area – where high ceilings complement sleek stone bench tops and white cabinetry, a stainless-steel dishwasher, a Miele oven, a range hood, gas cooktop, a large appliance nook, pantry, a breakfast bar for casual meals and access into the adjacent laundry.
The latter also seamlessly extends outdoors to a fabulous timber-lined alfresco-entertaining space with a pitched ceiling, a fan and views of the tranquil courtyard and pond. Also benefitting from direct alfresco access – via double doors – is a carpeted ground-level master-bedroom suite that will suit those from all walks of life and impressively boasts a ceiling fan, white plantation door/window shutters, a fitted walk-in wardrobe and a large ensuite bathroom with a shower, twin “his and hers” vanities and more. Upstairs, a carpeted retreat/sitting area opens out on to the covered front balcony, allowing those calming ocean breezes to filter in, whilst also affording you a splendid tree-lined aspect to savour. Of the carpeted spare bedrooms, the headline act is a larger fourth or “guest” bedroom suite behind the peace and quiet of double doors, featuring a ceiling fan, a built-in double-door robe and semi-ensuite access into the main family bathroom – shower, separate bathtub, vanity and all. Elegance and sophistication beckon here, in every way, shape and form.

Hillarys is an outer-northern suburb of Perth bound by the Indian Ocean. The suburb is six square kilometres in size and is a residential area with commercial sectors in its northeast and significant parklands along the coast. Hillarys' growth was minimal until the 1970s and it wasn't until the 1980s through to the 1990s that rapid growth occurred.
Arguably the most notable feature of Hillarys is its boat harbour. A crowd-pleaser for both locals and visitors alike, the large marina and tourist development is home to bars, nightclubs, restaurants, shopping facilities, accommodation, kid-friendly activities and plenty of attractions. Also in the suburb are several parks and walkways, Westfield Whitford City Shopping Centre, Hillarys Shopping Centre, a ferry terminal to Rottnest Island and a local primary and high school.
