This property gives you a beautiful home of generous proportions all ready for you to unpack your bags and get comfy plus opportunity to create your own paradise on the 2021sqm block with a 3 street frontage. There is an undeveloped parcel off Standing Road which offers POTENTIAL for the huge WORKSHOP OR your required GRANNY FLAT OR an amazing SELF SUFFICIENCY garden (we already have some mature fruit trees) OR we suspect even room for a full sized TENNIS Court (all subject to the relevant approvals).

This handsome classic 1980 residence exhudes SPACE and GRACE. Classic timber picture windows bring in beautiful LIGHT to all rooms and the vaulted ceilings and heatform FIREPLACE in the Living Room create a welcoming zone and offer warmth and care in Winter.

You will LOVE the LARGE BEDROOMS ! The Master Suite is a delight with a large walk-in robe and updated CLASS Ensuite. Two of the children's bedrooms offer a desk and all three have built in robes. In addition, there is a large Study located near the Entry which would make a great HOME OFFICE or potential to be Bedroom 5 if required.

This is a fabulous ENTERTAINER with a VAST Kitchen which is open plan to the Family/Meals area and flows through to the delightful GRAPEVINE PERGOLA. The magpies dance and warble under the sprinklers and the kangaroos come in from the Mundy Regional Park next door to nibble on the grass. We think the front lawned area also offers a great spot to drop in a Lap POOL for extra Summer Fun, if desired (STA) !

All in all, a wonderful package located in our quiet bubble zone of Lesmurdie and just a 650 metre wander to the highly regarded Falls Road Primary School.

Lesmurdie overview

Like Kalamunda, the development of the "Lesmurdie" area is closely tied to the exploitation of the Jarrah forest in the region by the Canning Jarrah Timber Company Ltd. In 1897, Mr Archibald Sanderson, a Perth journalist commenced the acquisition of a number of these properties, with a view to building up a "rural retreat" and he named his property "Lesmurdie". Lesmurdie Cottage was a shooting-box in Banffshire, Scotland, near Dufftown and was let to Mr Sanderson's father for shooting. It was in memory of this cottage that Sanderson applied the name to his property.
