This property is set back from the road, which is already a quiet road away from the main streets. A front lawn and shady trees welcome you in as you drive into the carport. Built in 1972, the townhouses in this complex feature a sturdy brick and tile build. There is a row of trees and hedges to the side that provide a bit of greenery, and hiding to the side of these is a gate leading towards the fenced backyard.
There are two storeys to the house, the first of which holds a welcoming living/dining area, kitchen, and separate laundry and toilet area. The living/dining area, which is just off the entry, provides a good space to settle down and relax, underneath the cool breeze of the air conditioner. There is a gas heating point to this room as well.
The kitchen holds plenty of storage and cooking area. A large benchtop, shelving, and plenty of cupboards and drawers means there is lots of space to put all your items. There is also a wide kitchen sink, freestanding oven with gas hotplates, fridge space, and, best of all, a window overlooking the courtyard area. If you have children or dogs you can watch them play safely here right from your kitchen window.
Moving upstairs, there are three ample bedrooms. There is an air conditioner to one of the bedrooms, and another has a built in robe/cupboard. There are large windows to all, which provide good overviews of the courtyard or front yard below. There is also a bathroom which has mirrored cupboards, vanity cupboards, and a shower/bath combo.
Out the back door there is a shaded pergola area, which is perfect for a table and chairs to sit underneath and enjoy the evening. There are outdoor powerpoints ready for your use. Complimenting the patio is an extensive paving area filling the low-maintenance backyard. There is also a garden shed for all your storage needs. Pop a few potplants down and this area becomes an easy green oasis!

The suburb of Lockridge derives its name from a Swan valley property owned by the Hamersley family. The Hamersley's, a prominent colonial family owned a number of properties, and resided at Pyrton in what is now Eden Hill. Part of the Lockridge land became Pyrton Estate which the government developed for soldier settlement in the 1920's. The residential development in Lockridge was commenced by the State Housing Commission in 1969 when it purchased 240 acres for the purpose.
Lockridge is in the City of Swan local government area. Local amenities include Rosher Park, Kiara College and Lockridge Primary School, and the Alice Daveron Community Centre.
