Just Bring Your Things and Move Straight in!

OWNER SAYS SELL

This fully-renovated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom residence seems far more spacious than your average two-level townhouse and will pleasantly surprise you with its practical floor plan and overall security.

The upstairs bedrooms are all newly carpeted, inclusive of a larger master suite where two sets of built-in side-by-side double wardrobes meet an updated ensuite bathroom with a rain shower, toilet, under-vanity storage and more. A splendid tree-lined aspect to wake up to should not be underestimated here, either.

Almost identical to the ensuite, the second upper-level bathroom is in fact made up of a bathtub with a rain showerhead above it, as well as a toilet, additional vanity storage and a contemporary neutral colour scheme.

Completing the upstairs features are the two spare carpeted bedrooms - both comprising of built-in robes and custom shelving.

Downstairs, a huge front lounge room has a gas bayonet for heating and welcomes you inside. Forming part of the separate open-plan dining area is an impressively-revamped kitchen with sleek granite bench tops, double sinks, stylish tiled splashbacks, a stainless-steel dishwasher, a range hood and a standalone gas cooktop/oven combination.

Outdoors, a large pitched pergola covers a paved entertaining courtyard off the dining space, as well as protecting the sparkling heated swimming pool that sits beside tropical palm gardens. What a relaxing oasis.

There is a bus stop across the road and the lovely De Lacy Reserve is just around the corner, as are our picturesque Swan River and the likes of the Maylands Peninsula Public Golf Course, Maylands Peninsula Primary School, Maylands Train Station, the vibrant bar, food and coffee precinct on and around both Guildford Road and Whatley Crescent, The RISE community and recreation centre, Maylands Park Shopping Centre, medical facilities, the Crown Towers and entertainment complex at Burswood, our world-class Optus Stadium next door and even our cosmopolitan Perth CBD - the latter only a matter of minutes away from your front door. Throw sprawling riverside parklands into the mix and you really do have yourself the perfect location.

All of the hard work has already been done for you, here. A desirable "lock-up-and-leave" lifestyle awaits!

Maylands overview

Maylands is a riverside inner-city suburb approximately 4.5 kilometres northeast of Perth, serviced by the Midland railway line on the northern bank of the Swan River. In 1896 the name "Maylands" was first used to identify the area, appearing on a poster advertising a land auction. However the exact reason how the area got its name is something of a mystery.

The suburb was once a source of clay for brick and tile making at Maylands Brickworks, and the pits from these activities are now part of a golf course and residential area. It was home to Perth's main airport until the early 1960s, and the facilities were converted to a training area for the Western Australian Police Service.

Life in Maylands

Maylands is known as a cultural and creative hub as it is home to The West Australian Ballet Centre and home to the WA Youth Jazz Orchestra. In recent years, new bars, cafés and restaurants, along with gourmet food and retail outlets have all contributed to an ongoing transformation of the town centre into a lively, diverse and inclusive destination. There are numerous shopping centres in the area, 15 parks and reserves and two primary schools.
