REIWA’s 2023 Awards for Excellence - Honouring WA’s top agents and agencies

The Western Australian real estate industry have come together to celebrate REIWA’s annual Awards for Excellence, which encourage, recognise and promote excellence and best practice in the real estate profession.

Over 300 real estate professionals attended the event, which was held at Crown Perth on Thursday 26 October.

The night featured entertainment from Sass Jazz and Perth Cabaret Collective’s nine-piece jazz band, for a prohibition-style cabaret performance with powerhouse vocalist Olivia Grace.

The Awards for Excellence are the highest accolades bestowed by REIWA across all aspects of the real estate sector from residential to commercial operations, individuals to agencies. This year, 21 awards were presented including a new Sustainability Leadership Award, which recognises outstanding achievement by an agency in sustainable practices.

REIWA CEO Cath Hart said the Awards were a testament to the exceptional standards upheld by REIWA members in both residential and commercial real estate.

“These awards go beyond sales transactions and the size of rent rolls, rather highlighting those who demonstrate excellence in their day-to-day practices,” she said.

“This year marked a record-breaking number of submissions, underscoring the exceptional work by REIWA members for their clients and local communities.

“The winners have set the standard for the industry, demonstrating their commitment to high levels of professionalism and strong client outcomes.

“These agents and agencies consistently demonstrate their ability to tackle any challenge presented by the market, pioneering innovative solutions to achieve excellence.

“Their commitment to both their teams and the community serves as a source of inspiration for the entire profession.

The 2023 Awards for Excellence winners will be eligible to represent WA at the Real Estate Institute of Australia’s 2024 National Awards for Excellence in Tasmania next February.
