This stunning home the Leeuwin was built by Plunkett Homes back in 2005, boasting four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate theatre, and kids' activity as well, a space for everybody in the home to retreat to in their own privacy.

As you walk through the double front door, the master bedroom lies to the right with a big corner window, looking out over the roses in the front: a generous walk-in robe and a separate ensuite with shower, vanity, and separate WC.

Just off to the left from the entry, the spacious theatre room with its big bell-shaped window looking out over the quiet, peaceful front yard, and shaded by the trees along the fence lineā€¦ neighbours? What neighbours?

Again, walking through double French doors to the Open Plan living consisting of meals and family room where a huge, big square table currently sits, and a fantastic view over the big private back yard!
The kitchen lies to the right and gives perfect access to the double lock-up garage, so bringing in your shopping will be a breeze. Not only does the kitchen boast ample bench space but heaps of overhead cupboards as well as under bench storage, a generous walk-in pantry, and the potential for a double fridge recess as well. The kitchen was updated only a few years ago so modern with stainless steel appliances, 1100mm* wide stainless steel oven, a hot plate, and a range.

The children's wing is perfect as you can shut the door and give everybody peace and quiet, and all the bedrooms come off the central activity room, all have robes and their own double linen cupboard, opposite the laundry, a separate toilet, and a spacious bathroom.

A full-length patio across the rear of the home, a generous height, because of the high ceilings that flow throughout the entire home. By the way, did I mention solid timber floors in the bedrooms and theatre room they're absolutely stunning.

After much deliberation, the owners of this stunning home have decided it's time to move. So here is your chance to purchase not only a stunning home, but a lifestyle that goes with it, resting on a 4218 mĀ²* block with a bore, reticulation, solar panels, and everything you could want wait until you see the workshop a massive 18 x 8-meter* workshop that has been converted into a games room/dance studio/workout gym even nightshift quarters.

Roelands overview

The townsite of Roelands is located in the southwest agricultural region, 166 kilometres south of Perth and 20 kilometres east of Bunbury. It is named after a property of the same name granted to the Colony's first Surveyor General in 1830, John Septimus Roe. In 1893 when the railway line from Pinjarra to Picton Junction was opened, a railway station was established at Roelands, but named Collie, after the nearby Collie River. It was changed to Roelands in 1899, because it was confused with the new town in the coalfields (now Collie). In 1909 a school was established at Roelands, and in 1916 a private subdivision was undertaken surrounding the schoolsite. In 1963 the subdivision was gazetted a townsite at the request of the Shire of Harvey.
