Following tertiary studies in sales and marketing, Wayne's first role in the industry was with a large franchise group in Perth’s southern suburbs. After developing a strong understanding of the industry, Wayne moved into various project marketing roles with a number of national and international property development companies. Working with industry leaders and being exposed to some of the best property marketing techniques in Australia further developed his skills.

In 2005 Wayne accepted a role in Melbourne sourcing sales professionals for companies in the real estate and construction sectors. He returned to Perth in 2008 and opened his own real estate agency.

Specialising in Perth’s northern inner city, Wayne is now one of the most active and recognisable agents in and around Highgate, Perth and Northbridge.
