Victor Paz first started his career in real estate in 1994 and started selling homes in Willetton and its surrounding suburbs. It was in his early years in real estate that Victor quickly made his stamp as a successful real estate agent whilst working at Peet & Co, afterwards at Realty Executives.
In 2003, Victor reached a significant milestone in his career by opening his first real estate office known as LJ Hooker Willetton. It has always been Victor’s goal to build a successful real estate business for both the management and sale of residential real estate, and this was just the starting point.
During 2003 and 2009, Victor took over the ownership and operation of 5 local real estate agencies which benchmarked LJ Hooker Willetton as the number one office for property investment management.
After 7 years of trading at 8/113 Collins Road, Willetton, and due to the growth of his property management and sales department, Victor opened his 2nd office at the Southlands Shopping Centre, Willetton. With 2 exceptional and prominent locations in Willetton, and after his success with both offices, Victor was announced as the Franchise Owner of the Year in 2009 amongst the LJ Hooker Network.
Due to Victor’s success and reputation of being a leader in the real estate industry, in 2013 John Hayes formerly of Canning Real Estate was looking to retire and approached Victor Paz to take over the running of his company. It was in May 2013 that Victor Paz decided to move his 2nd off from Southlands Shopping Centre to the Shelley Hub where he would then have 2 very successful real estate agencies being run locally in Willetton and Shelley.
On 30th April 2015, Victor set his sights even higher and reached another milestone as a business owner/operator and opened his 3rd office know as t LJ Hooker South Lake.
