Despite being a third generation real estate professional, Tim Fidock came to business ownership with no pre-conceived ideas of what a real estate business ‘should look like’ but rather a fresh faced approach to ‘old school customer service’ and new technologies.
With a strong customer service background, Tim began his real estate journey with the family business in 2011, constantly displaying the core traits that Harcourts Group hold in the highest regard - ‘People First’ and ‘Doing the Right Thing’.
Having grown up in Roleystone since 1989, Tim is a self-confessed easy going family man who still calls Roleystone home.
Tim has been constantly recognised on his way to becoming a Director at Harcourts Home Real Estate, picking up the prestigious Le’s Clef Dor Outstanding Service Award, been listed in the REIWA Top Rookies category and constantly being named in the REIWA $21-$25 Million Dollar Club.
It wasn’t until he completed his Diploma of Property Services, Real Estate and Business Agents Licence and Triennial in 2016 that Tim began to see the process of real estate as a whole, innovative business that could be done if not differently, better.
From there it was an easy decision to align himself with Harcourts and open Harcourts Home Real Estate (Roleystone) to bring the instant recognition and high calibre morals associated with the brand to a region that he knows and loves.
A motorsport enthusiast, Tim is also a P & C board member of the local school and a strong negotiator with an emphasis on, of course, customer service.
